puzzle is made from a 6x6 grid made up of 3x2 sub-grids, which are called regions. The puzzle starts with various digits already in the grid. The remaining empty grid squares should then be filled in so that every row, every column and every region contains the digits 1 through 6. Each number in the solution therefore occurs only once in each column and row and also within each 3x2 sub-grid.
